General Manager

Dan Schlarman
Dan is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he served as president of Pi Sigma Alpha honor society and a chairman of the Norse Leadership Society. His experience in the hospitality industry includes managing restaurants and banquet facilities throughout Greater Cincinnati, including the Ohio riverfront. Dan has been with HCC since 1997 and is a member and former Secretary of the Cincinnati chapter of the Club Managers Association of America.

Golf Professional

Jay Lumpkin
Attending the Ohio State University, Jay was the assistant to former Highland Professional Harry McAtee. Jay was named Head Professional in 1982, and is only the fourth person to serve in that capacity since the Club's creation in 1915. He is a Quarter Century member of the PGA of America.

Office Manager

Belinda Lumpkin
Belinda holds an associates degree from Cincinnati (State) Technical College and a bachelors degree from Wilmington College. Belinda is the longest tenured employee at HCC. She and Jay have two children, Danielle and Jayson.

Executive Chef

Irma Gonzalez
Irma is a graduate of Sullivan College. She is a former chef at Western Hills Country Club, the Metropolitan Club, and the Hilton Hotel. Irma has served as Executive chef since 2000, but was also a HCC employee in the 1980's.

Grounds Superintendent

Jeff Brenneman
Jeff was the former Assistant Grounds Superintendent here at Highland and at Ivy Hills Country Club. He is a graduate of Cincinnati State College. Jeff and his staff oversee our 125 acres of rolling countryside.

Dining Room Manager

Derek Morgan
A student at Northern Kentucky University, Derek has been employed at HCC since 2000. He has been promoted through all of the service positions. He manages the main dining room, the lounge, and the service staff.
